For the best 3D engraving result, please choose a size that matches the number of people or subjects in your photo.

If your photo includes more people or subjects than the recommended limit, we may prepare the design in 2D engraving instead of 3D so the faces stay clear and readable. This helps protect the final quality of the crystal.

The rectangular crystal block only, without a light base.

LED Base
Includes a warm LED wooden light base. This option is recommended because it makes the inner engraving brighter, clearer, and more eye-catching.

For the best result, please upload a clear, high-quality photo.

Best photos have:

• Clear faces
• Good lighting
• High resolution
• Minimal blur
• Simple background
• Original camera or phone photo file when possible

Please avoid screenshots, heavily filtered photos, very dark images, or low-resolution social media downloads. The original photo file usually gives the best engraving result.

3. Add your custom text if you want text engraving.
4. Upload your photo on the product page or send it after placing your order.
5. We review your photo and prepare it for crystal engraving.
6. Your custom crystal is produced, packed, and shipped safely.

Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after production
Express shipping: 1–4 business days after production when selected

Each crystal is packed carefully in a protective gift box.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Each crystal is custom-made using your photo. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind after production begins.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will help with a replacement or another solution.
