These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.creodise.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of products or services offered through the Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Site or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products & Services We specialize in personalized gifts and customized products. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual items may slightly differ due to material, printing process, or customization details. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if production has already started.
4. Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location and customization requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds As our products are custom-made, returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect customization. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return or replacement. We may request photos of the defective or incorrect item before processing.

Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and images, is the property of CreoDise and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission.
7. User Responsibilities When submitting customization details (text, logos, images, etc.), you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use them. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements caused by customer-provided materials.
8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
