Return & Refund Policy

At CREODISE LLC, each product is made to order and personalized based on the customer’s photo, text, design choice, size, or other customization details.

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect product selection, wrong size/color choice, or customer-provided personalization mistakes.

Please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered due to our error, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged
- A short explanation of the issue

Once we review and verify the issue, we may provide a free replacement at no additional cost. In some cases, if a replacement is not possible or appropriate, we may issue a refund.

You do not need to return the original item unless our support team specifically asks you to do so.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products made with customer-provided photos, names, dates, text, or designs
- Items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style by the customer
- Orders with customer-provided spelling, photo, or personalization errors
- Sale items or gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it.

Photo and Personalization Quality

Customers are responsible for uploading clear, high-quality photos and providing accurate personalization details.

We are not responsible for low print quality caused by blurry, dark, low-resolution, cropped, or poor-quality customer-submitted images.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and help resolve the issue.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Approved Returns

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union, please note that personalized or custom-made products made to the customer’s specifications may not be eligible for the standard 14-day cooling-off return right once production has started.
